Smart, Safe & Practical Container Loading
WE2O follows practical loading rules to create an optimized and realistic container stuffing plan.
Key Rules:-
Container Priority: 20GP → 40GP → 40HQ, with 40HQ preferred when suitable.
Maximum Utilization: Optimize available length, width and height while minimizing empty space.
No Overlap: Cargo must fit completely inside the container without overlapping.
Rotation: Cargo can be rotated where permitted to achieve better utilization.
Weight Limit: Total cargo weight must remain within the container’s payload capacity.
Weight Distribution: Heavy cargo should generally be placed lower and distributed safely.
Stacking: Follow each cargo item’s stackable/non-stackable and height restrictions.
Cargo Safety: Maintain practical and stable loading conditions.
Multiple Containers: When cargo cannot fit in one container, the selected container is finalized and the remaining cargo is planned separately.
Special Cargo: OT and FR containers can be considered for oversized or special cargo.

Important
Container stuffing is not based on CBM alone. WE2O considers cargo dimensions, weight, orientation, stacking, and container limitations to create a practical loading plan.
